"I highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for an insurance agent.
English is not my first language, so I often have questions and sometimes worry that I might not fully understand everything over the phone. Because of that, I frequently text Jen instead. Even though I know answering all my messages takes extra time, she has always been incredibly patient, responsive, and professional.
She never makes me feel like I’m asking too many questions. Instead, she takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I understand my insurance coverage and options. Her kindness, knowledge, and dedication have given me great peace of mind.

"I was dreading signing up for home and auto insurance once we moved from out of state, however, Jen Lepine made everything so easy. She kept in constant contact with me thru emails and phone calls especially when we had closing issues, Jen was able to work with us!! "Everyone knows the deal, insurance agents talk the talk get your business and drop you like a bag of rocks. NOT JEN, with one N in her name, went above and beyond in helping me save Money and transitioning to State farm for Auto and home insurance. "The people in the office were nice to work with. I’ve never had so much intervention required for auto insurance. Also, an incredible amount of paperwork mailed. I later moved to paperless. Frequent odometer readings required and the drive safe app was down most of the time or features weren’t working. Had to use two different apps to manage the account. I’ve never had so many inquires and feedback required for a plan I used once for a tow over many years. I don’t want to be bugged to make frequent updates. Overall, not a good experience. Rates going up made me finally switch carriers. Sophia was great to work with in the end when shopping for better rates."
